I smoke all of them, cigarettes, cigars and e- sigarettes and I believe e cigarettes are way less harmful because when you burn something it’s gonna produce more fat when compared to heating. E cigarettes produces nicotine by heating and they are less harmful.
I don’t support the ban of flavors and also I don’t support the plain packaging of cigars and e cigarettes.
There is a culture involved in the packaging of cigars. Don’t ruin it. It’s just stupid to do it.
