Bans like these have a negative impact in the economy,health and freedom of the people. When you ban a product which is available in every other part of the world there will be a black market with inferior and untested products.
Also when you make something illegal it has the tendency to become more wanted from the young generation.
There is a clear evidence that vaping is less harmful than smoking.Since there is a product that is less harmful and can help you substitute cigarettes it would be an unfair decision towards the consumers.
This whole thing seems to help cigarettes increase their constantly decreasing market share. I feel it is helping tobacco companies hit their competitors.
