Wat vindt u van het wetsvoorstel betaalbare huur en de onderliggende besluiten?
(1) It creates a problem for a much larger group of income earners who do not qualify for subsidised rent but also cannot afford bigger apartments with much higher rental prices - these group are also significant to consider. What will happen to them?
(2) It takes away the flexibility for a home owner to choose to move abroad for a few months temporarily and still be able to keep and afford his home for when he returns
(3) There is a risk that this will take (progressive) Amsterdam backwards and not forward. and create a new perception that its housing market is very restrictive hence we cannot do business here
