In my opinion this bill is a poor response, as it will only increase the amount of money flowing through illegal routes, and does nothing pro-active to reduce drug use in itself. Rather, it restricts routes of drug use by which people can be better informed of the contents of drugs they are consuming, and can take better safety pre-cautions because of this. This is a bad idea for me, personally.
