Wat vindt u van het concept-wetsvoorstel?
We analyzed regulatory frameworks in several countries of the EU and came to the conclusion that harm reduction products, which bring lower health risks to consumers according to relevant scientific research, should be available for smokers as a substitute to their current consumer behavior patterns. From this perspective, the draft bill is not efficient because it bans nicotine pouches, an example of such harm reduction products.
