There are too many things in Dutch law that are already completely out of balance towards skilled migrants like me and you're now doing it even worse. When I came here 4 years ago it was striking how much harder it is to get through the proper path of being hired on a HSM visa vs just getting in as a "refugee" with all the bonuses attached to it. Especially observing lots of people around who got their "refugee" life ~15 years ago and enjoy houses they've got for free, not paying taxes, and getting all sorts of government subsidies.
Especially pressing was the situation when I had to leave my job and I needed to get a new one in a 3-months term, which is an unreasonably stringent requirement for the local job market.
This proposal will scare-off lots of skilled migrants, while changing nothing really for all the guys coming here for "free stuff". If that is your goal, then yeah, go on.
