U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.
I think 10 years is too long. Reducing—and eventually canceling—the 30% ruling will likely result in fewer talented professionals (Highly Skilled Migrants) choosing to work and live in the Netherlands. New talent may not even consider the Netherlands as a long-term option.
This change will also negatively impact businesses. It's much easier to start a business when you're a citizen. Overall, I believe this will definitely have a negative impact, and I'm not very optimistic about it.
