U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.
Hello,
I think it's not beneficial for many international students, especially those who want to stay in the Netherlands and work after graduation. The living expenses and tuition fees are really high, and a lot of people choose the Netherlands, which has high tuition fees, because the passport process is easier compared to other countries.
I believe most of these international students will live in the Netherlands because of this new rule
