U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.
I believe that this rule change is not fair for the expats who are already living in the Netherlands and must only apply to newcomers.
If this is not considered in the process, the country is going to suffer huge migration of talented workforce to countries like Germany. Because it was not fair to those who migrated here as talented, valuable workforce and considered the Netherlands their new home. 10 years is a long time to live in uncertainty and stress to get to neutralization.
