U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.
In my humble opinion the possible new law should under no way be used in connection with anyone who is already living in the Netherlands - as it would be a sort of "retroactive legislation". So the new law should be used (if at all) no earlier than 5 years from its onset by voting.
And persons with a university degree should enjoy positive discrimination - that is profitable also for the country.
