U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.
It is not fair to suddenly change the conditions for expats who have lived in the Netherlands for years, working and paying taxes. We planned our lives based on the existing 5-year rule. We learn Dutch language in 2-3 years keeping in mind the existing rules.
This change will de-rail our lives, our investments in Netherlands and family planning. It is like betraying people after bringing them here.
If a change is made, it may be better for new expats to come, so that they can decide in advance whether they want to move under those conditions.
