U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.In my opening, it is really a difficult situation for the expats who have already been here. These changes should not impact the people who are already here. For the new ones, it make sense, so still people have the choice to decide. As we have been moved three years back and we are looking forward to neutralization, now it is unfair to extend it to more years.
