U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.
As a prospective international student, policy continuity is critical. When people cannot rely on stability, they will not fully commit to integration. One foot in the Netherlands, and the other will remain forever out— that is the logical outcome of further policy changes such as this.
