U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.
I do not like this proposal as the knowledge skill migrants bring in the skill that this country lacks. Raising the naturalization to 10 years gives a message that we do need your skills but would not like you to stay for long.
If people have spend 5 years ina country, that themselves shows the commitment these people have. It is not an easy decision to leave ones own country and start things a fresh.
