U kunt op de gehele regeling en memorie van toelichting reageren.

Instead of extending the period, it would make more sense to expand the requirements such as more Dutch history knowledge or better Dutch language, etc. This way, the skilled immigrants won't be impacted. Skilled people are a plus for the whole Dutch community. I worked in Germany and was very happy to accept a job offer from Netherlands. 5 years period was one of the motivations for me. Changing is not a good act for a government. We believe in the process. Changing its terms in the middle of the way is kind of frustrating
