This will affect all the people who are already living few years in the country and who trusted country policy and now they might have to leave or spend more years livelihood children families financial stability mental health will be affected

Hopefully this change should have change management process and may be exclude people who are already registered in country and only for new movers can be implemented

In that way there is a balance

2. When you increase naturalisation period then people in visa if they are huge tax contributors skilled workers ( how to compensate that?)

3. If people in visa thier jobs are affected standard 3 months stay back policy should ve changed - eg for people who stayed 1 year and stayed 5 year or 6 years should not have same 3 months ..even Corporate companies give longer severance or notice period for more tenured employee... What is Government missing ? (Are we going dictatorship route?)
So this should be given like Germany - 1 years -6 months stay back , 2 years + 12 months incl 70% of income stifend

Make sure people who cane in with families thier kids education is not affected then u will make scar in thier entire life

Make sure you dont send back people who already has contributed to tax of country
